The Purdue Boilermakers are the athletic teams that represent Purdue University, located in West Lafayette, Indiana. The Boilermakers compete in the Big Ten Conference at the NCAA Division I level. Purdue fields teams in a wide variety of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, and more.

One of the most notable achievements of the Purdue Boilermakers was their run to the national championship game in the 2018 NCAA men's basketball tournament. The team, led by head coach Matt Painter, made a surprising run through the tournament and became the first team in NCAA history to reach the national championship game as a two seed.
